[Simple Recipe] Peri Peri Chicken Wings

For the hot sauce:
– Bird’s Eye Chili pepper x 3
– Peri Peri Chili pepper x 3
– Garlic x 3 cloves
– Onion x ½
– Thymes x 2 sprigs
– Lemon/lime x 1
– Olive oil
– White/Cider vinegar
– A pinch of salt and black pepper
– Soy sauce

1. Blend all the ingredients in your blender
2. Marinate the chicken wings overnight with the hot sauce
3. Preheat oven to 220C. Roast for 20mins.
Another party snack is done!
